Create : Let's do it!

The next stage involves integrating all the previous elements to formulate a proposal. The aim is to generate a dynamic strategy to reconstruct ancient engineering common inventions using modern technology. I'm alone again, but it's time to start to create the dynamic strategy. First I think in the class minute by minute, so investigate a bit and generate AI ideas with Autopilot. The result Introduction - Experience task - Discussion and reflection - Conclusion. Next, I did a bank of words about common inventions and chose one. I used an elevated bridge.  Ultimately, according to the class time and the class phases, I have  some tasks to do: 1. Look for information or concepts related to the construction of a scale model. 2. Design a toolkit for prototyping an elevated bridge scale model. *Working on process*

The next phase involves idea generation, which we can divide into 2 stages. Stage 1: Starting with a statement from the needs table where we previously defined the problem, I wrote it on the board. In our case, the problem was defined as follows: “The students need to understand the applicability of the knowledge in its context because It would facilitate learning and practice." Next, we list all the possibilities that could solve the problem through brainstorming. later, after using a customized  Pomodoro Timer  of 5 minutes to generate my own ideas, using Microsoft Bing Autopilot to collect more ideas because I'm on winter break  (Which is not cooler than doing it with real people), then, I wrote the plot : " You're an Engineering teacher, and you're doing a brainstorming season to solve the problem  “The student needs to obtain knowledge through hands-on because the required knowledge and conceptualization is barely or null" " The ideas and proposal...

What's the problem? Once the problem is discovered, the next step is to delimit it. We could use many tools and a combination of various tools to achieve it. I'll talk about them soon! What, How, Why,   Journey Map (JM),  Story Share-and-Capture, Empathy Maps ,  User Camera Study. I used the Empathy Map tool.  Click on the image to see the file. Template Designed by  Marcelo Pizarro based on XPLANE's job. The idea of this template is to  visually  organize the information obtained from the discovery step. After fulfilling this template, it's time to delimit a needs chart . In this chart, we identify the explicit relation between the actor, his/her needs, and the insight (Why?) to choose only one situation of all the presented scenarios. Needs chart. After all this work and continuing through the design phases, I understand what were the insights and user needs.  As I show you in the chart before there are three main needs. I start to...

AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer   In this Step, We could use some instruments to delimit the problem and validate our appreciation of the IC. There are various methods to do this such as: CATWOE, 5W's, Questionnaires, interviews, observation etc... I Use the observation method because I'm limited right now for winter break, so I'm doing this from home with the support content of my classes. First I create a JAM  and conduct a brainstorming to answer: What did the students do to develop their tasks? What are the most difficult topics or techniques to learn for the students? How much time should be used by the students in class for developing an engineering project? Why is difficult for students to understand some topics? Why students must learn Coding and the engineering process? In this phase is mandatory to understand what students think and their needs. For me was identified beyond the first hypothesis: " They have to invest more time in the core courses f...

Critical situation: What the H#$/ is going on?

AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer AIS Students in coding & robotics course have situations where we can start point. The first one is the time that they can use for developing class projects and techniques. AIS Students of the 6A C&R Course are worried about the time for developing their Automated indoor garden.  AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer This situation generates stress and sadness for them because they want to obtain good grades and avoid academic problems. AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer They express all the time that the time is not enough to complete the task. AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer The second one is the absence of previous knowledge that they need to manage.  AIS Students of the 6A C&R Course are worried because they don´t understand the what is have to do to work in the Automated indoor garden project.  AI-generated Illustration by Bing Designer This situation confuses them and generates disinteres...
