Once the problem is discovered, the next step is to delimit it. We could use many tools and a combination of various tools to achieve it. I'll talk about them soon!

What, How, Why,  Journey Map (JM), Story Share-and-Capture, Empathy Maps, User Camera Study.

The idea of this template is to visually organize the information obtained from the discovery step. After fulfilling this template, it's time to delimit a needs chart.

In this chart, we identify the explicit relation between the actor, his/her needs, and the insight (Why?) to choose only one situation of all the presented scenarios.

After all this work and continuing through the design phases, I understand what were the insights and user needs. 

As I show you in the chart before there are three main needs. I start to identify the relationship between them and analyze it.

"Understand the applicability of the knowledge in the future" This need contains other ones inside.

Discover: Enclosing the situation

There are various methods to do this such as: CATWOE, 5W's, Questionnaires, interviews, observation etc... I Use the observation method because I'm limited right now for winter break, so I'm doing this from home with the support content of my classes.
